All products are custom, made-to-order items and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any sample that falls under the ‘damaged delivery’ category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your order to me.

do you ship to my country?

Yes! I ship to most countries worldwide. In case your country is not listed, please let me know.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

All your orders are sent with PostNL or DHL.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be emailed the tracking number shortly after your order ships. To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email. Check your spammail if you do not receive this email.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

If you are based in Europe you should expect to receive your orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. Some items may take a bit longer due to on demand printing and framing. If you want to be informed about this or you need to receive your art before a certain date, please email us. Orders placed outside of Europe will take approximately up to two or three weeks due to customs.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact me immediately and I will help to confirm the status of your order.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

I ship in made-to-measure, secure art packaging.

  • Framed prints are covered securely.

  • Small prints are carefully shipped within cardboard envelopes.

  • Large prints + posters are shipped in cardboard tubes for added protection and ease of removal.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, a message will be left for you so that you can contact the carrier to arrange a suitable date.

I have not received an order confirmation

If you placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation by email, please contact me and let me check what went wrong. Please do not order again in order to prevent double orders.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please call me immediately at +31 6 48 14 14 03 (Dutch office hours). I can not guarantee that I can solve this because every product is custom, made-to-order. When you’ve placed your order outside the office hours, weekend or can’t reach me by phone, please send me an email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

I take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly.

Whilst I will do everything possible at my end to ensure your purchase reaches you as intended, please note that I cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit or items that get lost in the post. Works above €500 will be insured for shipping.
