The viewer is invited to find his own memories and story.
The ambiguity and volatility in life fascinates me.
My way of dealing with every day life and explore my creativity and my relation to the world around me and the people I love. I consider my personal work as a diary where I experiment with themes like loneliness, loss, reality, anxiety, memories and childhood. It is like a visual poem in black and white photographs. A journey that extends into the subconscious. Making a journal is an important part of this process.
The selection of images is done in an associative, intuitive manner. Some themes manifest themselves quickly while others may take time to crystalise.
